At Oricle Hearing, we want you to feel as confident in your style as you do in your hearing. If your accessory doesn't perfectly match your aesthetic, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging to ensure they remain protected and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
